   A lot of locomotives these days are getting fitted with security cameras that face out the front of the cab. They mainly are used for determining what happens in crossing accidents, crashes, etc. They provide evidence as to what really happens for when people drive in front of a train, get hit, and then sue the railroad, saying that the signals weren’t working.
